The 2026 Nevada City/County Management Association (NVCMA) Annual Conference brings together local government professionals from across Nevada for three days of learning, collaboration, and connection.

Designed for city managers, county managers, assistant managers, department directors, and emerging leaders, the conference provides practical tools, peer insights, and forward-looking strategies to help local governments navigate today’s complex challenges while preparing for what’s next.

Attendees will engage in timely sessions focused on leadership, governance, fiscal sustainability, service delivery, and community trust — all grounded in real-world experience and Nevada’s unique local government landscape.

  • Wednesday, May 6, 2026 – Welcome Night Networking (informal for attendees arriving Wednesday night)

  • Thursday, May 7, 2026 – Full day of programming including jurisdictional updates, ICMA updates, roundtable discussions on some of the most pressing Nevada issues, leadership skill-building sessions, NVCMA board elections, and optional group dinner.

  • Friday, May 8, 2026 – ICMA Certification Program (half-day)
