Executive Committee Elections & Amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws
The following Officers of the NVCMA Executive Committee and amendments to the NVCMA Constitution were approved by unanimous vote of members present at the Annual Membership Meeting on Friday, September 9, 2022.
NVCMA Executive Committee (2-year terms)
President, Dave Solaro, Assistant County Manager, County of Washoe
President-Elect, Tim Sutton, County Manager, County of Nye
Secretary/Treasurer, Calli Wilsey, Director of Policy and Strategy, City of Reno
Past President, Christine Vuletich, Former Assistant County Manager, Washoe County
Member, Chelsea Houston, Administrative Assistant, Washoe County—Office of the County Manager
Member, Les Lee Shell, Deputy County Manager, County of Clark
Member, Carissa Bradley, Grants and Community Program Analyst, County of Washoe
Amended Article of the NVCMA Constitution and Bylaws
ARTICLE IV: OFFICERS
Section 1. Nevada City/County Management Association Executive Committee
The officers of the Nevada City/County Management Association shall be seven (7) in number composed of the following positions:
President, President Elect, Secretary/Treasurer, three Committee Members, and Past President. The seven (7) officers shall constitute the Executive Committee.
Section 2. Terms: Officers shall be full-time employees of a city, county, town, council of government, or general improvement district, or Active or Associate Members of this Association. Each officer shall be elected at the annual meeting in even calendar years to serve a two (2)-year term. If an officer ceases to be an Active or Associate Member or full-time employee of local government, the President of the Association shall nominate a replacement subject to ratification by the Executive Committee.
Section 3. Duties: The duties of each of the officers shall be the usual duties of their respective office necessary to carry on the general activities of the Association.
Section 4. Committees: The Executive committee may from time to time establish standing and ad hoc committees to accomplish the mission of NVCMA including but not limited to a standing education committee.
